AlMarasem International for Development is the real estate development arm of AlMarasem International Group, a Cairo-based construction group established in 1997 and classified as a first-class general contractor. The group's contracting work includes airport terminals in Cairo, Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada, the Le Meridien Cairo Airport hotel and projects in the New Administrative Capital.
