Al Qamzi Developments

AlQamzi Developments is the Egyptian real estate arm of Al Qamzi Group, founded in the United Arab Emirates by Abdullah Al Qamzi in 1997, with activities spanning construction, infrastructure and oil and gas services. The group entered Egypt in 2010 through an Egyptian-Emirati partnership and focuses on high-end residential communities in both city and coastal locations. Its projects include Eastshire, a 26-acre villa and townhouse community in New Cairo's Fifth Settlement; The Qube, a mixed-use commercial hub beside Eastshire; Cityzen in Mostakbal City; and Seazen on the North Coast, with around 700 metres of seafront. The company's Cairo office is in Al Moltaqa Al Araby, Sheraton, Heliopolis.
