Al Marasem Development

AlMarasem International for Development is the real estate development arm of AlMarasem International Group, a Cairo-based construction group established in 1997 and classified as a first-class general contractor. The group's contracting work includes airport terminals in Cairo, Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada, the Le Meridien Cairo Airport hotel and projects in the New Administrative Capital. The development company entered the residential market in 2017 and is best known for Fifth Square, a 158-acre community on North 90th Street in New Cairo that includes Moon Residences, Villa Square and Lake Residence. Its portfolio has since expanded to Mar Ville in New Zayed, Mar Bay in Ras El Hekma and MAResidence Signature Rotana.
