Fifth Square

Fifth Square is a 158-acre mixed-use community by AlMarasem International for Development, located directly on North 90th Street in New Cairo, about seven minutes from the American University in Cairo. Units are delivered fully finished, with apartments starting from 76 sqm, alongside villas and townhouses in dedicated phases including Moon Residences, Villa Square and Lake Residence, plus hotel-serviced apartments and the Fifth Square Mall.
