Mountain View 1.1

Mountain View 1.1 is a gated community by Mountain View in the Fifth Settlement, New Cairo, on El-Nasr Road opposite Gate 1 of Al Rehab City and right next to the original Mountain View 1. The project spans about 127 feddans and is split into two islands separated by green valleys: The Park, home to iVillas and Millennial apartments, and The Villas, a villas-only island.

The Park covers around 70 feddans overlooking the Royal Valley. Homes are set around landscaped valleys with a lake zone, an events lawn, a swimming pool and kids’ play areas, while jogging and cycling lanes run through the greenery, separated from the streets. The architecture follows Mountain View’s American-inspired style in a signature blue-and-white palette.

Homes include iVilla Garden (235–265 m²), iVilla Sky Garden (235–255 m²) and iVilla Roof Garden (215–255 m²) units — each with three bedrooms, a maid’s room and a private entrance — plus three-bedroom Millennial apartments of 140 m². Handover of the first homes began in 2026, and a ready-to-move second phase was released in September 2026.
