Al Basiony Developments (Albasiony Real Estate & Construction Group) is an Egyptian developer founded and led by CEO Ahmed Al Basiony. The group built its track record in New Damietta and New Mansoura before expanding into New Cairo's Fifth Settlement. Its portfolio spans residential compounds and commercial schemes, including Naseem, an Andalusian-inspired compound in New Damietta; East Mall and City Hub in New Damietta; Rose Garden and Cavali New Mansoura in New Mansoura; and, in New Cairo, the Cavali Hub commercial-administrative building near North 90th Street and the Cavali Residence compound on the North Bin Zayed Axis. The company positions itself around low-density planning, fully finished units and after-sales service.
