Marakez

Marakez is an Egyptian mixed-use real estate developer active in residential, retail, office and entertainment projects. In New Cairo it developed District 5 in New Katameya, a 268-acre community combining residences with the D5M mall, the Club5 leisure hub and District 5 Work and Campus offices, and it is now developing Crescent Walk, a 118-acre residential community in East Cairo. Its wider portfolio includes Aeon Towers, high-rise serviced residences in West Cairo; Ramla in Ras El Hekma on the North Coast; Shams Soma on the Red Sea; and retail destinations including Mall of Arabia in 6th of October, Mall of Tanta, Mall of Mansoura and Town Center in East Cairo.
