JUZUR Development

JUZUR is a Cairo-based real estate developer whose name comes from the Arabic word for 'roots'. The company describes itself as backed by a mix of local and international investors and is headquartered in Cairo Business Park in New Cairo. Its strategy centres on carefully selected locations in East Cairo. Its two launched projects are J East, a boutique residential building complex a short distance from 90th Street in New Cairo offering hotel-style services, and NEO, a commercial and entertainment hub positioned around digital innovation. Both projects were showcased at Cityscape Egypt 2024, where the company reported strong sales.
