J East

J East is a boutique residential project by JUZUR in the centre of New Cairo, about 150 metres from W Signature by Waterway and close to 90th Street. The first phase comprises around 80 apartments, with brokers citing roughly 200 units across the full project. Renders show mid-rise buildings with wood-clad and glazed façades arranged around a landscaped courtyard with a pool, and a ground-floor retail frontage. Amenities include a rooftop clubhouse, a panoramic sky restaurant, dedicated kids' areas and an indoor/outdoor gym, while residents are offered hotel-level services such as housekeeping and concierge.
