Afaaq Developments

Afaaq Developments & Real Estate Investments is a private Egyptian property developer headquartered on El Thawra Street in Heliopolis, Cairo. The company is led by Dr. Osama El-Etriby and describes its portfolio as including villas, apartments, commercial buildings and administrative complexes. Its current focus is the Amorada brand in New Cairo's Fifth Settlement: Amorada New Cairo, a gated residential compound on 90th Street; Amorada Park View, launched as the project's second phase; and Amorada Hub, a commercial component that also hosts the sales center. Amorada New Cairo was designed with Profilerz as project consultant and is known for its low-density layout of mid-rise buildings around a central pool, with underground parking covering most of the plot.
