Almira Development

Almira Development (Al Mira Real Estate Development Company LLC) is an Egyptian developer chaired by Eng. Adel Shawky. According to press coverage, the company grew out of Golden Stars Contracting, which carried out projects in New Cairo and Obour City, and has been developing residential buildings since 2020. Its track record consists largely of residential buildings on individual plots in New Cairo, particularly in Beit Al Watan and the North House area south of the Suez Road. In 2026 the company moved into compound development with Almira Aurea, a low-density residential community in the Al Andalus district of New Cairo's Fifth Settlement. The company markets its approach under the slogan 'Extra by Standard', emphasising insulation, safety and build quality.
