Hometown Developments
Hometown Developments is an Egyptian real estate developer founded in 2017 by chairman Eng. Diaa El-Din Farag, a figure from the textile industry. The company began with a portfolio of around 30 residential buildings in New Cairo's Fifth Settlement before moving into larger projects. In the New Administrative Capital it has developed commercial and mixed-use schemes including La Fayette, Zaha Park and UDORA, and in 2025 it appointed Savills Egypt to manage four of its New Capital projects. Its residential pipeline includes Home Residence, a 23-feddan compound in New Cairo's Sixth Settlement master-planned by Chapman Taylor, as well as Canyon 8, West Gardens and La Fayette Village.
