Home Residence

Home Residence is a residential compound by Hometown Developments in the Sixth Settlement of New Cairo, a few minutes from South 90th Street, the Middle Ring Road and Ain Sokhna Road, with the American University in Cairo nearby. The project spans about 23 feddans, around 80% of which is planned as green space, water features and landscaping. The masterplan is by UK firm Chapman Taylor with ConCreative as architect, arranging mid-rise buildings so each has open orientation and views. Units include studios, apartments and duplexes of roughly 55 to 227 sqm. Planned amenities include pools, a gym, spa and yoga studio, BBQ and picnic areas, and bike and jogging tracks. The project received its ministerial approval in 2026.
