El Masria Group Developments is an Egyptian real estate developer founded in 1987. According to the company, it has completed more than 120 projects across Egypt and served over 10,000 clients, with its main office in Nasr City and branches in New Cairo and Sheikh Zayed. Much of its recent work carries the Isola brand, including Isola Centra and Isola Quattro in New Cairo, Isola Sheraton in Heliopolis' Sheraton district, and Isola Villas and Isola Gardens in West Cairo. Its portfolio also includes commercial projects such as 90-90 Mall and The Key. The company's newer launches include Adagio, a villa-only community in New Cairo.
