Brouq Developments is an Egyptian real estate developer founded in 2020 through an alliance between NBS Holding and Qatar High Speed, drawing on its shareholders' experience in the Gulf and North Africa. Headquartered on AUC Avenue in New Cairo, the company develops both residential and commercial projects in East Cairo. Its commercial portfolio in the New Administrative Capital includes Spark Capital Insight Mall, BLING Capital Center and TERRASIDE Business Park. Its flagship residential project is Avira Residences, a 20-acre gated community next to the American University in Cairo in New Cairo, designed with about 80% of its area given to greenery, lakes and water features. The company emphasises biophilic design that brings light, water and planting into its buildings.
