Avira Residences

Avira Residences is a gated residential community by Brouq Developments in the heart of New Cairo, about a minute from the American University in Cairo and South 90th Street, and around five minutes from the Ain Sokhna Road. The project spans 20 acres, with roughly 80% of the land dedicated to greenery, lakes and waterfalls. It offers apartments from one to three bedrooms, along with studios and villas, in contemporary mid-rise buildings set around landscaped pools and water channels. Planned facilities include a hotel, clubhouse, swimming pools, padel-tennis court, kids' playground, family and gathering areas and a retail component, with architectural consultancy by Eng. Omar Akeel.
