IL Cazar Developments is an Egyptian real estate developer established in 2019 under the name Go Khozam, with a flagship project in Heliopolis, before adopting its current identity as part of a plan to grow regionally. The company is chaired by Nader Khozam, with Fady Nassif as vice chairman and Engy Nassif as managing director. Its portfolio is concentrated in New Cairo, including Creek Town on Suez Road, The Crest at the junction of the Middle Ring Road and South 90th Street, and the all-villa communities Glen and VÉA in the Sixth Settlement, and Creek District, with Park Sight in the New Capital. It also develops Go Heliopolis, Stoda in Sheraton, Westdays in West Cairo, and coastal projects The C and Safia in Ras El Hekma.
