Lazura Developments

Lazura Developments is an Egyptian real estate developer that describes itself as having a track record of more than 20 years in residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. The company is active in New Cairo and New Damietta, and its portfolio includes the Lazura New Cairo residential compound, the Urban Heights Residence and apartment-building projects, and commercial schemes such as Icona Mall, Mirdif Mall and Paris Mall. In January 2026 it launched Lazura New Cairo, announcing total investments of more than EGP 8 billion. Its management team includes CEO Ahmed Fouad and board members Ahmed Abdel Hakim and Ramadan El-Seddik.
