Lazura New Cairo

Lazura New Cairo is a gated residential community by Lazura Developments in the heart of New Cairo, located beside El Patio Oro and Palm Hills New Cairo and close to major roads, schools, universities, malls and hospitals. Launched in early 2026, the project covers about nine acres, with market sources stating that buildings occupy only around 20% of the land and roughly 70% is green space. The architecture follows a contemporary European style with landscaped gardens and water features. Amenities include a swimming pool, a fitness centre, jogging tracks, a children's play area, 24-hour security with CCTV, round-the-clock maintenance and an integrated firefighting system.
