Cred Developments is an Egyptian real estate developer that creates integrated residential communities and mixed-use destinations under the tagline "life inside out". Portal profiles describe it as founded in 2008 as an extension of ABC Construction, a contractor active in Saudi Arabia since 1982. Its current portfolio includes Ever New Cairo, a 129-acre community in New Cairo's Sixth Settlement; Ever West Cairo, a mixed-use destination on the 26th of July Corridor in West Cairo; and CLM in the R7 district of the New Administrative Capital. The company is chaired by Eng. Taha Mansour and has its East Cairo office on South 90th Street in New Cairo.
