Arabia for Housing & Development is an Egyptian residential developer that, according to multiple property-market sources, was established in 1981. The company is best known for Ashrafeya Residence (Al Ashrafia), a 32-acre gated community in the North Investors Area of New Cairo, developed in several phases since the 2000s. The first two phases were built in a classic architectural style, while the more recent phase introduced a contemporary façade design. The project combines mid-rise apartment buildings with a commercial zone, and a large share of its units has been delivered and is inhabited.
