Hassan Allam Properties (HAP) is the real estate development arm of the Allam family, whose construction heritage dates back to the founding of Hassan Allam Construction in 1936. HAP was launched in 2000 by Mohamed M. Allam, the third generation of the family, who serves as CEO and Vice Chairman, and is headquartered on South 90th Street in New Cairo. The company develops family-oriented, mixed-use communities in the city and on the coast, with 25 developments and sub-developments across Egypt. Its city projects include SwanLake Residences New Cairo, SwanLake Katameya, Seasons Residence, Parkview Katameya, SwanLake October, SwanLake West and Haptown, The Valleys and Park Central in Mostakbal City; its coastal portfolio includes SwanLake El Gouna, SwanLake North Coast and Little Venice in Ain Sokhna.
