Its launch project is Blanks in New Cairo, a development of serviced studios and apartments with retail units, delivered in partnership with Swiss-Belhotel International, which is set to provide hotel-style management and services for residents. The company positions its work around privacy, quality finishing and hospitality-led services rather than large-scale compounds.
