Al Ahly Sabbour Developments is an Egyptian real estate developer whose story dates back to 1994, building on the engineering consultancy background of its founder, Eng. Hussein Sabbour. Widely reported as a partnership between the Sabbour family and the National Bank of Egypt, the company develops residential communities in East Cairo, West Cairo and on the coast. Its portfolio includes Katameya Hills, Katameya Residence, Woodwalks and The Mornings in New Cairo, Darah Gardens in West Cairo, and coastal projects such as Amwaj, Summer and YOUD. Beyond housing, the group also runs commercial, hospitality and sports-club projects, and offers turnkey interior services and resale support to its owners.
