EGYGAB Developments

EGYGAB Developments is the real estate development arm of EGYGAB Holding, whose roots go back to 1977, when Eng. Samir Gaballah founded a contracting and construction company that grew into a diversified group. Beyond real estate, the holding operates in construction, education (starting with The Egyptian Language School in 1994), agriculture, trading and facility management. Its residential portfolio spans East Cairo and the North Coast, including The Median Residences on the Shinzo Abe Axis in New Cairo, Family City, Granda Al Shorouk and Granda Life, as well as the coastal projects Masaya in Sidi Abdel Rahman and The Island. The group also develops commercial projects such as The Wing, The Edge and The Fount, and is headquartered in Heliopolis, Cairo.
