Dar Al Alamia Developments

Dar Al Alamia Developments is the real estate arm of the Al Alamia group, which began in 1971 as a luxury furniture manufacturer founded by chairman Saleh Mohamed Abdullah. The group added Dar Al Alamia for Building and Construction in 2010, building a portfolio of contracting projects across Egypt's new cities, and later set up its development company, now led by CEO Ahmed Saleh. Its affiliated businesses include Al Alamia Furniture, the Formence interior-finishing company and an in-house consultancy office. The developer focuses on boutique, low-density compounds in New Cairo: Acasa (launched 2021, about five feddans near Katameya), Acasa Mia (launched 2023, 10 feddans) and Acasa Alma (launched 2025, 16 feddans in the Sixth Settlement).
