Acasa Mia

Acasa Mia is a boutique residential compound by Dar Al Alamia Developments in New Cairo, accessible from Suez Road and a short drive from Al Rehab City and Madinaty. Launched in 2023, the project covers about 10 feddans, with up to 80% of the land allocated to landscaping and roads. It comprises 13 five-storey apartment buildings offering two- and three-bedroom apartments of roughly 115 to 210 sqm across three typologies. The landscape is built around a large main swimming pool, cascading water features and botanical gardens, with padel courts and a clubhouse among the facilities. Construction progress was reported at over 70% in 2026.
