Acasa Alma

Acasa Alma is the third compound in Dar Al Alamia Developments' Acasa series, located in New Cairo's Sixth Settlement. Launched in September 2025 with a planned investment of about EGP 7 billion, the project spans around 16 feddans and follows a low-density model, with more than 85% of the land dedicated to landscaped and open spaces. The unit mix combines apartments, duplexes and townhouses. Planned facilities include an outdoor club, clubhouse, swimming pool, cycling and jogging tracks and a multi-purpose services area. Engineering design is by GID Integrated Designs Group, with Inversion as consultancy and project manager; construction started in May 2026.
