LMD (Landmark Developments)

LMD, formerly known as Landmark Sabbour and also referred to as Landmark Developments, is an Egyptian real estate developer established in 2007 and led by founder and CEO Eng. Amr Sultan. The company is active in New Cairo, the North Coast and, since 2025, West Cairo, where it announced a 150-acre mixed-use development. Its New Cairo portfolio centres on Stei8ht, a 550-acre villa community with around 85% green space, and its mixed-use components including There, Eastside, Eastmed and More Residences, alongside 3Sixty, One Ninety and W The Residences Cairo. On the North Coast it develops Zoya at Ghazala Bay.
