Aspect Developments

Aspect Developments is a real estate developer founded by CEO Ahmed Awadallah, who also chairs the contracting firm UDesign Holding; the company describes itself as backed by more than a decade of construction expertise. Aspect officially entered the Egyptian market in March 2025 with Jade & Blue, a 12-feddan boutique compound in New Cairo's Fifth Settlement, announced with a planned investment of about EGP 15 billion. After selling out the first phase, it launched a second phase in 2025, and in 2026 it introduced Daymark, a serviced-apartments brand operated with Brassbell Hospitality. The company also lists projects in Abu Dhabi and Greece and frames its developments around four aspects of wellbeing: physical, intellectual, social and emotional.
