Capital Edge Developments

Capital Edge Developments is the new identity adopted in 2025 by Amayer Al Asema, an Egyptian developer with more than 20 years of experience in residential construction. Led by Chairperson Mohamed El-Gendy and Vice Chairman Ahmed El-Gendy, the company reports delivering more than 70 residential projects in New Cairo districts including West Golf, New Narges and Bait Al Watan. Under the new brand it has moved into commercial and mixed-use projects, including Invest Mall in New Cairo's Banking District between North and South 90th Streets, Invest Mall 2 in Al Banafseg district, and Zone Plaza in Obour City. Its residential projects include Amad Residence in New Cairo's Fifth Settlement.
