Al Riyadh Misr Developments

Al Riyadh Misr Developments is an Egyptian real estate developer founded in 2017 by Eng. Mohamed Gamaa. The company began with projects in Al Shorouk City before expanding into New Cairo, including developments in Bait Al Watan and Al Narges Al Gedida, and builds both residential compounds and standalone residential buildings. Its flagship project is Peerage Residence, a 10-acre compound on Suez Road in New Cairo inspired by classic English architecture, launched in 2023 with a reported investment of around EGP 3 billion. The developer's stated focus is on design, landscaping and smart-home features, and its head office is on North 90th Street in New Cairo.
