EONS Developments is an Egyptian real estate developer whose name reflects its stated focus on time-conscious, durable design. The company is led by Board Member and CEO Eng. Sherif Taha, with Eng. Hesham Abdel Bari as Head of Development. Its first project is LifeWise, a Scandinavian-inspired mixed-use development of about 29 feddans directly on the Suez Road in New Cairo, announced with investments of more than EGP 10 billion and split evenly between a residential zone and a commercial and administrative district. The company reported sales exceeding EGP 1 billion shortly after launch and has announced an expansion plan including further projects.
