Ajna Developments is an Egyptian real estate development company founded in 2019 on the vision and expertise of its shareholders. The company describes its approach as developing each site from concept layout through to delivery, with a focus on creating lasting value for residents. Its first flagship project is Carnelia, a seaside resort community in Al Galala, Ain Sokhna, set on elevated terrain overlooking the Al Galala International Marina with a private beach and lagoons. In New Cairo, Ajna is developing Eastville, a 20-acre gated community of townhouses and twin houses in the Fifth Settlement near the Al Ahly Club branch. The company's sales centre is located on North 90th Street in New Cairo.
