Madinet Masr

Madinet Masr, formerly Madinet Nasr for Housing and Development, is one of Egypt's longest-established real estate developers, founded in 1959 and best known for planning and developing much of Nasr City in Cairo. The company, listed on the Egyptian Exchange, reports more than 27,000 units sold and a land bank of around 12.8 million m². Its flagship East Cairo communities are Taj City, a 3.7 million m² mixed-use development on Suez Road in New Cairo, and Sarai, a large community on the Cairo–Suez Road near the New Capital. Its portfolio also includes newer projects such as Zahw, The Butterfly and Talala, and it operates brands including Minka Signature Communities.
