Alca

Alca is a residential compound in New Cairo's Sixth Settlement, in the area formerly known as the Al Amal Triangle, and is the first residential project of SAG Developments (Saudi American Group). The project covers about 33 acres divided into 26 clusters of low-rise buildings of ground plus four floors, below the height permitted in the area. Only about 22% of the land is built up, with around 78% given to green spaces and shared facilities. Units range from one-bedroom apartments, some with private gardens, to two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses.
