According to the company, the business was established in 2007 by Damac Properties and acquired by Hyde Park Developments in 2011. Its flagship is Hyde Park New Cairo, a large master-planned community overlooking 90th Street and the Ring Road, anchored by a landscaped central park of around 600,000 square metres. Its portfolio also includes Hyde Park Central, Hyde Park Views, Hyde Park Terraces, Hyde Park Signature, Garden Lakes and Tawny, the Business District and the Hyde Out leisure destination, as well as Seashore on the North Coast. The company also runs community management and 360 Works finishing services for homeowners.
