Mercon Developments

Mercon Developments is an Egyptian real estate developer established in 2019, building on more than 15 years of experience in construction and development. The company says it has contributed to over 70 residential and commercial developments in Cairo and delivered more than 840 units, and as a contractor it has worked on national projects including the New Administrative Capital's Governmental District. Its development portfolio is concentrated in New Cairo, with Nurai in the Golden Square, Riverton in the AUC district, and the VX Golden Square and VX N90 commercial projects, alongside Pavo Tower in the New Capital's business district and coastal projects Marsa and Dayz on the North Coast. Its office is on North 90th Street.
