SED Developments

Saudi Egyptian Developers (SED) was founded in 1975 as a joint partnership between the Saudi and Egyptian governments. According to the company, it has delivered around 24,000 housing units, now home to more than 114,000 people, and its portfolio includes over 50 projects across Egypt, from residential towers to mixed-use communities such as Jayd New Cairo, Bleu Vert in the New Capital, Nile Towers Maadi and Tierra New Cairo.
