Horizon Egypt Developments

Horizon Egypt Developments is a real estate developer founded in 2021 and led by H.E. Sheikh Dr. Majid Bin Saeed Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Ruler's Emiri Court in the UAE, with Emirati partners from the Saffarini family. Its launch project in Egypt is Saada, a large mixed-use community in New Cairo near Suez Road, planned mainly for villas and twin houses with a commercial strip, hotels, a school and medical and sports facilities. The company also markets Saada Boutique, a villa-focused community in New Cairo's Sixth Settlement. In 2025 it announced completion of the procedures to acquire the Saada land from the Lands Projects Authority.
