Saada New Cairo

Saada is the first project of Horizon Egypt Developments, a large mixed-use community in New Cairo close to Suez Road, the Middle Ring Road and the Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis. Market sources put the site at about 371 acres (roughly 1.5 million m²), with around 20% of the land built up and the remainder landscaped. The residential offer centres on standalone villas and twin houses in a design that blends Arab heritage with contemporary architecture. Planned facilities include a business strip of about two kilometres, a school, a clubhouse and sports club, a medical facility and two hotels.
