Triangle

Triangle is Waterway's villa enclave in New Cairo, named after the distinctive triangular plot it sits on. The developer describes it as an exclusive community of state-of-the-art villas and limited-edition mansions, with 743 villa units spread across a development of more than 200 feddans.

The design aims to mix contemporary architecture with a lot of greenery and calm water features. Renders show a chain of lakes and landscaped banks running through the project, with terraced seating areas and walkways at water level, which gives residents shared outdoor space close to home.

Triangle is the developer's newest residential launch in the heart of New Cairo and sits in a portfolio that also includes the W55 and Waterway East projects. Waterway publishes a brochure for the project and takes enquiries directly through its sales line.
