Marq Gardens

The Marq Gardens is a villa-only community of about 303 homes on a 26-acre site in New Cairo. Around 60 percent of the project is planned as green and open space, and the layout is organised around five thematic gardens, each with a different job. The Moon Garden on the western side has an outdoor cinema and white flowers that glow at night. The Butterfly Garden on the east has colourful planting and a dedicated dog park. The Aroma Garden uses edible plants for scent and flavour. The Water Garden in the north has flowing water, ponds and a children's playground. The Tranquil Garden at the centre is for yoga, meditation and quiet family time.

Homes come in three villa types: the Signature Villa (about 265 to 295 square metres built-up), the Town Villa (about 200 to 265 square metres) and the Absolute Villa. Residents also get a community centre, a pedestrian promenade called The Marq Walk and on-demand hotel services, so everyday hotel-style help can be arranged without leaving the compound. Branded residences are part of the offer.

For families who want a proper garden setting inside New Cairo and prefer a smaller, villa-only neighbourhood to a large mixed-use city, The Marq Gardens is a clear option. Please ask our team for current availability and official prices.
