The Marq is an Egyptian community developer founded in 2019, describing itself as an art-driven lifestyle provider. Its name is inspired by the marquise-cut diamond. The portfolio includes The Marq Gardens (26 acres) and The Water Marq (20 acres) in New Cairo, and The Wonder Marq (250 acres), The Marq Ville (50 acres) and the Marquette commercial hub in Mostakbal City. Its communities combine architecture with large areas of landscape and shared amenities.
