Century City

Century City is a residential compound in New Cairo by Vantage Developments, built through its subsidiary Country Homes Development and Consulting. It is the first project in the Vantage portfolio and plans more than 500 residential units. The developer describes the concept as "retro with modern": brick-toned buildings with classic proportions and contemporary details, set among a lot of greenery.

The renders show mid-rise apartment blocks facing landscaped gardens, a pond and walking paths, with mature trees between the buildings. The stated aim is a green neighbourhood where a cosy, spacious and peaceful setting comes first, with shared outdoor space close to every home.

Vantage publishes clear travel times, which is useful for planning daily commutes: about two minutes to the Middle Ring Road, seven minutes to the Cairo–Sokhna Road, fifteen minutes to the Ring Road and twenty minutes to the Cairo–Suez Road. That gives the compound good access to both the eastern axis and the wider Cairo road network.

Vantage Developments was founded in 2019 and says it draws on more than a decade of experience. Its subsidiary Country Homes also develops projects such as M Signature in the Fifth Settlement and Plateau Strip Mall in Sheikh Zayed.
