Housing and Development Properties (HDP)
Housing and Development Properties (HDP) is the real estate development arm of Egypt's Housing and Development Bank. According to the company, it was founded in 2022 to develop residential and mixed-use projects, and it operates offices in Sheikh Zayed, New Cairo and the North Coast. Its East Cairo portfolio includes Grand Lane, R.Five, Talda, The Gray and Square One; in West Cairo it has developed Westview Residence, Club Hills, Terrace Zayed, Terrace Plaza and Terrace Clinics; and on the coast it is developing The Island and Alamein Towers. Its listed partners include contractors such as CCC and El Hazek and design firms such as Archimid Architects and OBMI.
