Kulture Developments

Kulture Developments is an Egyptian real estate developer whose board members previously led ventures behind projects such as Granoy, Iguall, IT Business Hub, Prk Vie, White Residence and Cinco. The company's offices are in EDNC by Sodic in New Cairo, and its name, spelled with a 'K', is meant to signal a fresh approach to real estate. Its first project is Maliv, a 62-acre mixed-use community in New Cairo's Sixth Settlement combining apartments, villas, offices, clinics and a commercial hub. Its second, Patterns, is an 11,000 sqm administrative, commercial, recreational and medical destination in the Fifth Settlement facing Cairo Business Park on the Nasr Axis.
