Imarrae

Imarrae is an Egyptian real estate developer co-founded by Chairman Hossam Ibrahim and CEO Ahmed Khedr. The company established its position in commercial and administrative real estate before expanding into the residential sector. Its first residential project, KIN, is a boutique community of about 23 feddans in New Cairo's Al Koronfel district, announced in 2025 with investments of more than EGP 16 billion, later reported at around EGP 22 billion when construction began in 2026. KIN is designed by UAE-based Al Asri Consultant, with AKD Management Solutions as management partner. The company's stated strategy focuses on selecting premium land locations and building integrated, low-density communities.
