KIN

KIN is a boutique residential community by Imarrae in New Cairo's Al Koronfel district, surrounded by Al Rehab City, Fifth Square, Cairo Business Park and Misr Italia developments, with access to North 90th Street and the Suez Road. The project spans about 23 feddans with a built-up area of 96,600 sqm and around 434 units, of which about 80% are townhouses and 20% apartments, delivered core-and-shell. Townhouses line landscaped mini-parks, while apartment buildings sit centrally around courtyards, plazas and gardens. The masterplan includes a central park, a social clubhouse, co-working spaces, a health and wellness centre and a commercial street on the main road. Construction of phase one began in 2026.
