La Vista Developments
La Vista Developments was established in 1991 by Architect Alaa Hady and Eng. Mohamed Hady. The company runs an in-house design office of architects and landscape designers and handles its communities from concept and design through construction, finishing and operation. Over more than three decades it has delivered projects on the Red Sea and North Coast, in El Shorouk, New Cairo, 6th of October and the New Administrative Capital. It is known for its coastal resorts, including the La Vista Bay and Ras El Hekma projects on the North Coast and La Vista developments in Ain Sokhna, and for its El Patio series of residential compounds in New Cairo, among them El Patio Oro in the Golden Square, El Patio Town and newer Sixth Settlement projects.
